Leap Architects are professionals who are involved in the planning, creative design and the project management of a residential building or commercial building. Architects must also understand building regulations and make sure the safety of the public is taken into account in the structure of the building. Once an architect accepts a commission from his client he would be involved in the tender process and advise on the awarding of the project to a building contractor and follow the progress of the construction.
